If more women are involved in administrative and policy decisions, it's likely that the policies will be more women oriented and will lead to overall development of women.
In the last 5 years, only 25 per cent (approx.) are women in IAS cadre. Even this 25 per cent can go to higher echelons of administrative service, things will improve a lot for women. But this will not happen unless more women become MPs and Ministers.
